All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by trusted third-party print providers, primarily Gelato. This allows us to offer a wide range of high-quality, custom-printed items that are produced and shipped from facilities close to you, reducing both cost and environmental impact.
To give you more variety in products and styles, some items—such as hats and select accessories—may be fulfilled by other reputable print-on-demand partners. While we do our best to maintain consistent quality and service, refund and return policies may vary slightly depending on the provider. Regardless of the fulfillment partner, we are always here to help and will do everything we can to resolve any issues that arise with your order.
Please note that because each product is custom made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or other non-quality-related issues. We kindly ask that you double-check your order details—including sizes, colors, and shipping information—before placing your order.
That said, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. In such cases, we will work with the appropriate print partner to provide a replacement or refund in line with their policies. To process a claim, we may require clear photos of the item and the issue.
At this time, we currently offer shipping to UK mainland addresses only. We’re working on expanding our delivery options in the future, but for now, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or international destinations. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to grow.

Manufacturer Policy
Please acknowledge that the Products are personalized and made specifically for each Order. Once an Order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless otherwise communicated by us to you through our platform for the specific Order.
Please also acknowledge that the Products, when printed, may vary from the User Content as displayed on-screen, such as due to how computers display colours. Such deviation between on-screen User Content and physical Products that are not due to printing errors shall not be deemed a defect.
If there are defects discovered, such as damage to the delivered Products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered Products or lack of quality of the delivered Product not caused by lack of quality of the User Content, you should provide us with photographic or other documentary evidence of the existence of a defective Product. If we have not received from you a complaint in writing within 30 days after receipt, we shall have no liability for any defect.
If the manufacturers agree, or you can substantiate, that there is a defect and that it is not due to the carrier, force majeure or other circumstances outside our control, then we will, at our option, either provide you with a reprint of the order to the extent required to remedy the defect or offer you with a refund for the defective Products.
